One shared brain that already knows your business, and a seat for each person. This sheet is the walkthrough from first sign-in to daily habit. Keep it bookmarked.
Three steps, once. After this it remembers you.
It already knows Live Oak: your homes, Oso Vista, your voice, what buyers ask, and how your process works. You never have to explain the company first. Ask in plain English, the way you would ask a sharp new hire.
Nothing you ask for publishes itself. Drafting is free and safe. Publishing always waits for a person.
Krate installed two Live Oak tools into the workspace. They are already on for every seat. There is nothing to set up.
Your post styles, the caption formula, the calendar, and content requests. Ask it to "show me our content styles" or "plan next week's posts."
Company facts, brand voice, Oso Vista, buyer questions, your process. Claude checks it before answering, so answers stay the same for everyone.
A Project is a workspace inside the workspace, with its own instructions, files and memory. Chats inside it remember that context, so you never re-explain. One Project per ongoing effort, not per question.
Sheet 2 covers the other half of this: which projects should be shared with everyone and which should stay private to you.
The four that govern everything the system produces.
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Nothing publishes on its own | The system drafts and schedules. A person approves. There is no path where content reaches the public without a human yes. |
| A team member approves | Any Live Oak team member's approval counts. Lynna leads content day to day, so most weeks it is her, but the system does not wait on one person. |
| Real photos first | Your actual homes beat anything generated, always. Generated imagery is a stand-in until the real photograph exists. |
| AI content is labeled | Anything AI-generated that looks real carries "Created with AI." An "Example Home" label is added as well where the home shown is not a specific built project. Neither replaces the other. |
Stuck? Ask Claude first. "How do I..." is a perfectly good question to ask it about itself.
Then Nate, at [email protected], or add it to your action list.
